Coastal Care Nursing specializes in Caregiver Matchmaking, a process that puts the right caregiver with the right patient for a comfortable care-giving experience for both. To that end, we have many of our nurses give video interviews to help patients and their families see the nurses we would like to place with them.
The nurses answer a series of short questions about them and their nursing career. We edit and place the videos on Youtube and our web site.
While not mandatory, it does help everyone involved with a faster, better placement opportunity.
