When the front door doesn't say hello!

Ever pick up a shift at a new facility, and automatically get irritated by what you see? Turn this irritation into a love quest. That is a funny thing to say. As nurse entrepreneurs, we must realize that every facility might not be inviting and even thoughtful to associates and visitors alike. It comes from within. No matter what the shift looks like, we always do our best, and let it begin on the inside of us, as soon as we walk through those doors. The nurse of change is about helping people, no matter the situation. You are caring, loving, and serving. Love invites people inside themselves, and smiles abound. And the best part is that if you decide to love no matter what, you begin to live like this yourself. And everyone, even outside of the facility, will be touched by your heart. You were created to wear your heart on your sleeve- let it be love.
