Your Heart Makes an Impact

Ever watch the show Undercover Boss? At Coastal Care, we believe every Tech, CNA, LPN, and RN is an undercover boss. With today's technology, we have the power to make an enormous impact on the healthcare experience for individuals.

Recently, we conducted fieldwork at Sarasota Memorial Hospital's surgical unit, working alongside many Techs and RNs, and found the experience to be five-star in every way.

We're writing today to highlight the powerful impact of a healthcare worker whose heart truly loves what they do. You can tell from a mile away — or right at the bedside — when someone loves their job.

And honestly, that's exactly what we found: an overwhelming amount of love, care, and service at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

It's time for those hungry to see great care to shout and cheer for the millions of people who love what they do. And we will too.

PS — Look for the heart. And if you look for the heart and don't see it... don't be afraid to say it, respectfully and privately: "Hey, I think you're in the wrong job — you should find one you love."

But if you see it — that care, love, and service just oozing out of someone — tell them. Cheer it from the hilltops. Great people are out there. Just look for them.
