What You'll Do:
- Advanced Patient Care: Provide top-tier nursing care to patients, managing complex cases with skill and empathy.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Protocol Adherence: Strictly follow facility guidelines and nursing best practices to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
- Detailed Documentation: Accurately record patient care activities, treatments, and responses, maintaining impeccable records.
- Health Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough health assessments, report significant changes, and manage patient care plans effectively.
- Safety and Standards: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Skills & Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- 1-2 years previous experience in an RN role, with a preference for specialty areas.
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- CPR is required.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
