LPN Responsibilities:
- Provide Superior Patient Care: Deliver top-quality care, assist with daily living activities, and ensure patient comfort. This includes monitoring vitals, administering medications, and managing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with RNs and other medical staff to offer comprehensive patient support and create effective nursing care plans.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Accurately document patient information, including health changes, care activities, and treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Strictly follow all healthcare facility guidelines and procedures to guarantee patient safety and the highest standard of care.
- Communicate with Empathy: Engage in meaningful interactions with patients and their families, offering vital health education and emotional support.
- Uphold Infection Control: Maintain rigorous infection control protocols to safeguard the well-being of both patients and staff.
Skills & Requirements:
- Valid LPN/LVN license required
- 1-2 years of experience in an LPN/LVN role
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care is required
- CPR is required
- Willingness to work any shift, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to patient care
- Must have a professional nurse entrepreneur mindset
