- 10% "New in Town" Pay Bump: Every weekday hour worked until Fall 2026 includes a 10% premium over our standard base rates.
- The 20% Weekend Premium: Earn an additional 20% on top of your total rate for all Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- First Come, First Served: Our waitlist is prioritized by application date. Early applicants get first pick of facility clusters and schedules.

- Credentials: Current Ohio STNA license in good standing. 1+ year of LTC experience is preferred.
