An LPN will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents, assisting with daily medical management, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care. LPN Tasks:
- Provide Superior Patient Care: Deliver top-quality LPN care, assist with daily living activities, and ensure patient comfort. This includes monitoring vitals, administering medications, and managing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with medical staff to offer comprehensive patient support and create effective nursing care plans.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Accurately document patient information, including health changes, care activities, and treatment outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:
- Valid LPN/LVN license required
- 1-2 years of experience in an LPN/LVN role
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care is required
- CPR is required
- Willingness to work any shift, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to patient care
